Temperature Controllers for Thermoelectric Assemblies

Temperature controller is a device that is designed to regulate and maintain a given temperature of air, liquid or solid. Temperature controllers are built into automatic control systems and controls the heating or cooling process with the help of thermoelectric assembly. The controller completed with a temperature sensor - a device that allows you to measure the temperature of an object or substance by converting temperature changes into an electrical signal.

The control of temperature can be carried out by the following methods: discrete control (ON / OFF); proportional (P), proportional-integral (PI), proportional-derivative (PD) and proportional-integral- derivative (PID) control.

Bipolar temperature controllers from Crystal Ltd. are able to control thermoelectric assembly in cooling and heating mode without switching electrical contacts.
