The design of a thermoelectric assembly of the Liquid-to-Air type provides for the absorption of heat from a liquid (cooling of the liquid) flowing through a liquid heat exchanger, to pump of the heat through the thermoelectric modules and to remov thru a heat sink to ambient air. The assembly can to work in heating mode by the reverse of the electric current, expect for cascade series of thermoelectric assemblies.
